Prerequisites

Before you linking your new terminal device, make sure:

  • Your business has an active Tap merchantaccount.
  • A terminal device has been requested from the Tap sales team.
  • The terminal device has SIM or network connectivity.
  • The terminal device disables the KNET receipt.
  • Acceptance SmartPOS App is installed on the PAX device (via PAX Store).
