Receive and send notifications
Tap Payment Gateway notifies the Merchant and the Customer of a transaction.
Sales Notification
Whenever a transaction is captured, the Merchant receives a Sales notification email. By default, this email notification will be sent to the Merchant's registered email ID.
Contact Tap Support Team for adding/removing additional Email IDs for receiving notifications.
Email and SMS notifications can be turned OFF via Tap Dashboard
Payment Receipt
The customer gets an email receipt for all successful charges or refund. The customer notifications will be sent to the email provided while initiating a transaction.
Payout Notification
Whenever the amount is settled to the Merchant's bank account, a payout notification is sent to the Merchant's registered email ID.
Invoice Notifications
Whenever an invoice bill is paid, the Merchant, as well as the Customer, gets an email notification.
