Overview

Tap invoices allow the merchants to collect the payment by sending an invoice (pre-payment invoice).
To complete the payment through an invoice, a "Pay Now" button will appear on the invoice page.

Two ways of creating online invoices

1. TAP dashboard [manual invoicing]
2. Invoicing API [automation & ERP synchronization]

Dashboard Invoicing

• Login to the TAP merchant dashboard > goCollect > Send a bill or Send bills

Send a bill [allows creating a single invoice]

Send bills [allows creating more than one invoice, bulk invoicing]

Invoices can be sent through Email, Sms, or Whatsapp, or a URL can be shared through any other social communication channel.

Invoicing API

It allows you to generate an invoice link(URL), which redirects your customers to the invoice, where customers can see all the details along with the 'Pay Now' button to complete the payment.

It can be utilized in various ways depending on the business requirements and flow.
